June 14- June 20, 2025 - Of Squares & Hamilton, and Cancer Season

Updated: Jul 2

Jupiter is getting his move on and talking to so many influential planets this week.

Good morning,

As I shared in my email to my subscribers:

This past Wednesday, very early in the morning, we had a VERY Full Moon—and it was… well, moony. So moony, in fact, that I shared a ritual on my socials that helped me ground after waking up feeling completely off. If you ever need that kind of support, you can watch how I did it  HERE.

And yes—it worked.

Later that day, I ended up writing a bit of a love letter, comparing Hamilton the Musical to Jupiter going home to Cancer. (Hence the Hamilton reference in your inbox!) Since Jupiter will be hanging out in his home sign for the next year, I wanted to share it with you, my dear *|FNAME|* , too.

There’s still a lot of energy swirling around this week, and some of it might be stirring echoes from 2020. A Second Act, if we’re keeping with the theater theme.

Let’s get to it, shall we?

✨ June 14 - June 15, 2025 continued

Saturday and Sunday give us our first taste of squares this week.

Continuing where we left off from my email....Sunday is when things may get a little spicy.

In my article, How Jupiter in Cancer reminds me of Hamilton the Musical how Jupiter functions in our charts.  On Sunday he is Squaring Saturn for the third time since 2024.  The other dates are December 24, 2024, August 19, 2024 and now June 14, 2025.  Squares can lead to frustration.  Though when Jupiter is involved it may feel more like a frustration that may lead somewhere. Where does it lead?

That is up to you.

While it’s a second act of sorts, this time they’re in different signs: Saturn is in fiery Aries and Jupiter is in watery Cancer. The clash could come from Jupiter wanting to expand all things that feel safe and nourishing, while Saturn wants structure and practicality. The key during all of this is finding balance between your home life and your responsibilities.

That’s not the only source of tension though—there’s another layer.

Also on Sunday, Mars (our drive and determination) will square Uranus (future thinking, expect the unexpected).

So while you're trying to balance what feels like home and what needs to get done, you're also navigating your passions and figuring out how to move forward. This mix may have you releasing things that no longer serve you.

One last note for Sunday into the workweek—watch your triggers and tempers. Whenever Mars is in the mix, especially with Uranus, energy can run hot. Driving, in particular, can feel chaotic. I always suggest pretending you’re a brand-new driver—because other folks might be driving like they’ve never done it before.

June 16 and 17, 2025

Squares continue with the Moon this time!

Monday might start with a desire to talk and collaborate—but that may shift.

At 1:08 pm CT, the Moon moves into Pisces, and from that point on, you might just want to be quiet. We’ll be building toward the Last Quarter Moon on Wednesday at 2:19 pm CT, happening at 27° Pisces.

This combination of Gemini Sun and Pisces Moon can be intuitive, emotional, and deeply caring. But the tension may come from how you're feeling. Gemini wants to stay in motion and connect. Pisces wants to go within. Too much input could leave you overwhelmed. If that happens, have a strategy in place to tend to yourself—whether that’s a nap (set a timer), some scrolling (timer again), or a comfort movie (yep, still helpful).

Pisces energy can pull on addictive habits too, so if substances are part of your story, knowing this energy is coming may help you plan alternative ways to support yourself.

And since this week is all about layers, here’s another one:

On Tuesday, Mars moves into Virgo. Mars likes to act first and think later—but in Virgo, he’ll support a more practical, detailed, and methodical approach to life and work. You’ll have the energy and stamina to sort through things and problem-solve.

Spontaneous action might be harder to access, but it’s not gone—you just might need to be more intentional.

In my Between the Moons membership I'll share what area of life that may be highlighting for you. To learn more about that click HERE.

June 18 & 19, 2025

Now Neptune gets his turn and Mars moves into Virgo too!

Wednesday might feel like a two-act day.

We’ll still be riding that Pisces wave most of the day as we approach the Last Quarter Moon. Then at 6:07 pm CT, the Moon moves into Aries, and you may feel a sudden push to get things done. Quickly.

Why the shift?

Aries and Gemini love to team up—both are quick-moving and action-oriented. If energy gets stuck or overwhelming, moving your body can really help.

Also on Wednesday, Jupiter will square Neptune.

This one feels different from Sunday’s square. Neptune likes to dissolve boundaries, and Jupiter loves to expand—so grounding might be tricky. That Full Moon grounding ritual I shared last week? Might be a good time to revisit it.

This combo can bring confusion, spiritual downloads, or beautifully imaginative dreams. Try to hold off on big decisions if possible. Instead, stay curious. You might find yourself drawn to your spiritual practice in a deeper way, or feeling a wave of compassion that helps you understand something from a new angle.

June 20, 2025

Welcome to Summer!

Friday is a day of wrapping things up and welcoming something new.

We’re in the final hours of Gemini Season. The Moon moves into Taurus at 8:52 pm CT, and then—just a little later at 9:42 pm CT—the Sun moves into Cancer, officially kicking off Summer in the Northern Hemisphere!

Cancer is the fourth sign of the zodiac, and the first of the three water signs. Water signs tend to be more emotionally attuned—whether you have them in your Sun, Moon, or Rising.

Here’s a little peek into how Cancer energy might show up for you:

🌞 Cancer SunA deeply sensitive soul who finds joy in nurturing others. You’re loyal and devoted to the people and things that matter most.

🌙 Cancer MoonTender-hearted and intuitive. The Moon rules Cancer, so this placement often feels emotionally rich, with a strong memory and a poetic inner world.

🌅 Cancer RisingDeeply receptive to others' emotions, which can make you seem moody or closed off. But that sensitivity? It’s your gift. You feel what others miss—and that helps you grow into your fullest self.

Do you see yourself in any of that? I’d love to hear what resonates.

Until next week, with the start of a New Moon Cycle on the horizon! 🌕
