Why I created Mercury's Wisdom?
As a mom of two and a former Middle School Reading teacher of 14 years I understand the struggles of school on many levels.
While I was getting my Masters I applied multiple learning style options to the Reading curriculum that I was teaching both for students reading at grade level and below. I saw how it empowered them and made it easier for them to comprehend.
As a mom I saw the struggles in my own home. Our youngest struggled with reading and as a Reading Teacher this was very humbling. I am grateful to the Middle School Teacher, yes it took until 7th grade, that helped to make it all click for him.
What I wished then that I know now there is another layer I could have used to help. Its called Mercury's Wisdom: Discovering Learning Styles for all Ages.
