September 6-12, 2025 - Eclipse Season is Here!

Full Moon Lunar Eclipse is here

Good morning!

As I shared in my Saturday Email

Eclipse Season is here! While I believe the full force of the energy will start on Sunday with the Lunar Eclipse and conclude with the Libra New Moon (which is not an eclipse), the energy this week has already felt wild—almost like we’re tapping into it early.

I’ve seen many on social media catastrophize (make it feel like something bad is bound to happen) about Eclipse Season. I will not be one of those people. I don’t think it’s helpful, because when we lean into catastrophe energy, it comes from a place of fear.

Eclipses are not meant to be feared.

We’ve lived through them twice a year for our entire lives.

Are they strong energy-wise? Yes, they can be.

Are they meant for you to directly release or manifest things? Maybe not so much.

My mentor, Emily Dexter (@likerofwords), describes it best as a tornado of energy. If you step into the tornado trying to pull out a mailbox, you may get a cow instead! It’s better to let the energy wash over you and go with the flow as much as you can.

So, as we navigate these next four weeks together, know that you are not alone. This isn’t something to fear—it’s simply something to be aware of. I’ll always share when the energy may feel wonky or a lot (and this is one of those times).

I’ll also share tips and tricks on how to work with it. When we understand why people—including ourselves—are acting the way they do, it’s easier to navigate our days.

At least that’s my hope. Thank you for being part of this journey. Shall we get to it?

✨ September 7, 2025

Pisces Lunar eclipse can feel like alot - just have your toolbox ready!

The Pisces Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on September 7 is best met with gentleness. Instead of trying to control the energy, allow it to flow.

You may notice:

  • Racing thoughts paired with a deeper need for quiet

  • Big feelings or surprising insights surfacing

  • Relationships reflecting where you’re being called to grow

  • A nudge to release old patterns and create space for what’s next

🌊 Support yourself with rest, water (baths, swimming, or simply staying hydrated), journaling, or other practices that help emotions move through. Endings now are also beginnings. As I shared in the introduction, this is not the time to try to control the direction things go.

I share a longer breakdown, crystals you can use, mantras, and an oracle spread in the Between the Moons Membership. If you’d like to start your 7-day trial to check it out, feel free to click HERE

There’s an almost 23-hour Void of Course window from when the Full Moon peaks at 2:55 pm CT until Sunday at 1:50 am CT, when the Moon moves into Pisces. Working with release—especially around what’s blocking your authenticity—is a perfect way to use that time.

September 8 and 9, 2025

We move into a couple of days with the Aries Moon! If things get hard move your body!

Monday may feel like we’re adjusting to whatever the Lunar Eclipse revealed as we move through the morning.

The Moon shifts into Aries at 1:37 pm CT, and with that shift you may feel energy returning if it’s felt depleted.

What’s interesting about the next few days is there are no major aspects—only the Moon checking in with different planets.

If things get hard, leaning into the element of the Moon can help. With the Moon in Aries until 3:03 pm Wednesday, September 10, moving your body in a way that feels good for you could be especially helpful.

Looking at where Aries falls in your chart may offer clues.

For example:

  • If Aries is in your 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, or 11th house: Moving by getting your blood pumping may help. Try running, walking, or even singing at the top of your lungs (if the space allows!).

  • If Aries is in your 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, or 12th house: Moving your body in an intuitive way may feel best. Dance, yoga, or other mindful movement could be helpful. Feel free to share ideas in the comments so we can support each other!

September 10 and 11

Taurus Moon has us slowing down and seeking the familiar.

As we wake, we’ll be in a Void of Course period that started at 1:53 am CT and ends at 3:03 pm CT, when the Moon moves into Taurus.

Here are a few reminders for longer Void of Course windows:

Great for:

– Meditating

– Finishing up existing projects

– Taking walks

– Resting or napping

– Creating a to-do list

🚫 Maybe skip:

– Starting something brand new

– Making major decisions

– Being hard on yourself 🤪

Once the Moon moves into Taurus, the energy may feel grounded. If it doesn’t, gently remind yourself to come back to center. This Virgo Sun–Taurus Moon combo is practical and reliable. Just like Monday and Tuesday, the only aspects these days come from the Moon.

If you’re out and about and irritation pops up, pause and see if you can ground. Parents may find giving countdowns before leaving helps smooth transitions. You may also notice inspired “drop-in” ideas—if they don’t make sense right now, write them down. They could be helpful later.

September 12, 2025

We end with a Gemini moon that may get us feeling chatty and wanting to be out and about.

We close the workweek with a day that may feel like it has two acts.

The morning may feel similar to the last few days. In the afternoon, we enter a brief Void of Course period (about an hour and a half) until the Moon moves into Gemini at 4:38 pm CT.

With the Moon in Gemini and the Sun in Virgo—both ruled by Mercury—our minds may feel especially busy. Big ideas around your daily routines, self-image, and home life could surface. Why? Jupiter forms a beautiful aspect with the Sun (our ego and outward self) and Mercury (our mind and communication).

If things feel challenging, follow your curiosity. Whenever the Moon is in Gemini, I think of Ted Lasso’s advice about being a goldfish and staying curious. The moments will pass, and curiosity may lead you somewhere you hadn’t considered before.

Until next week, as we navigate it all together!
