Good morning!
I'm writing this to you on a Thursday, just a few days into Gemini Season—and by the time it lands in your inbox, it may already feel like Gemini energy is in full swing.
And let me tell you, my family and I are really living it out this weekend… well, at least Rich, Connor, and I are. Gemini rules short-distance travel—think road trips, bike rides, or long walks—and by the time you read this, we'll be somewhere between our home in Minneapolis and Albuquerque, where Connor will be spending the summer for his internship.
Gemini = short-term travel = road trips. Classic.
It gets even more aligned when I look at their charts. Rich is a Gemini Sun, and Connor has a Gemini Moon—so all of this unfolding during Gemini Season? It just feels extra special, doesn’t it?
I have no doubt there will be plenty of lively debates and conversations as we make our way across the country and help Connor settle into his home for the summer. It’s going to be bittersweet when Rich and I fly back home on Tuesday and leave him to soak up all the new experiences that await him. But the time we get to spend together before then—that’s the real treasure.
As always, my hope is that through these little musings, you're able to reflect on your own chart and see how the current energy might be showing up in your life, too. And if you ever want help diving into that, you’re always welcome to book a consultation or join us in the Between the Moons membership.
Either way, there's a lot happening in the skies this week—so let’s dive in, shall we?

Picking up where we left from the email…
Why is Saturn moving into Aries a big hairy deal?
Saturn is the great teacher—and every 29 years or so, it starts a brand-new cycle in your chart. We call that a Saturn Return. When I meet with clients, those cycles are often the first thing I look at to see where your chart is activated. Why? Because Saturn Return periods tend to bring a lot of growth and change.
Now, a lot doesn’t mean good or bad—it just means you’re learning. And that’s Saturn’s favorite thing for you to do.
I often say Saturn is like the school principal who pops into your classroom to see if you’re doing what you’re supposed to be doing. With Saturn moving into Aries, we’re getting a preview of what the next two and a half years might bring. This Fall, both Saturn and Neptune will dip back into Pisces one last time before settling into Aries for good.
Why is that significant?
Because the last time Saturn and Neptune moved into Aries together was in 1703. Yes—over 300 years ago. That’s why it’s a big deal.
Aries is the very first sign of the zodiac. So when these two planets meet up here, it signals a true beginning—a fresh cycle of both reality and dreaming. Saturn wants boundaries, structures, and systems that actually work. Neptune, on the other hand, is boundless—full of imagination, dreams, and soul-level vision.
This weekend, we get to tap into the magic of that blend. And with the Moon in grounded Taurus, we may even be able to hold the big dreams in a way that feels tangible and secure.
✨ Imagine this: you’re dreaming up something exciting—something that really matters to you. And right beside you is someone who’s great at building a plan to bring it to life, while another whispers, “Dream even bigger.” How does that feel?
Exciting? Terrifying? Exhilarating? Uncertain? All of the above?
You’re not alone in it. I promise.
As if that wasn’t enough cosmic movement—on Sunday, Mercury (the planet of communication) moves into Gemini, a sign he rules. He loves being here!
And right away, he checks in with both Saturn and Neptune—with ease. That means we may have lots of brilliant insights and new ideas, full of curiosity and potential. It’s a perfect time to brainstorm, write, talk it out, or simply imagine what's possible.
Take some time to reflect:
What do you want to bring into the world?
What are all the ways you could make it happen?
How was the last moon cycle for you?
What did you learn that could support your next steps?
✨ If something catches your attention out in the world—write it down. It may not make sense yet, but trust that it might later.

Similar to Saturday, the Moon will be Void of Course from 8:51 AM to 12:21 PM CT, moving from Taurus into Gemini. This isn't the best time to start something new, but it’s a lovely time to finish what’s already in motion, take a walk, meditate, or reflect on what’s surfaced over the weekend.
Once the Moon moves into Gemini, we’ll begin building toward the New Moon at 6° Gemini, happening at 10:02 PM CT.
✨ If you’ve been waiting for the New Moon to help clarify what feels true for you right now—this is it.
With all the planetary support (Saturn’s shift into Aries, Mercury in Gemini connecting to both Saturn and Neptune), you can figure it out with more ease than you may think—and even better, take action on it.
We explored some great ways to brainstorm during this New Moon in our Circle. If you’d like to purchase the replay, you can do that
Or, join the Between the Moons membership at the Quarter Moon level or higher to access the circle, the replay, and ongoing support (plus space to ask questions!).

This is a great day to integrate your New Moon intentions.
If you’re feeling unclear, try pulling a tarot or oracle card for guidance. There’s also an opportunity to transform any outdated thought patterns—so if writing helps, go ahead and journal it out.

Wednesday has a two-act feel:
In the morning, the curious Gemini Moon is with us until it goes Void of Course from 8:00 AM to 12:32 PM CT—a good time to tie up loose ends from the last few days.
Then the Moon shifts into Cancer, and our attention may turn to home, family, and emotional needs. You might find yourself reflecting on how your New Moon dreams align with your personal life and the people closest to you.
On Thursday, the Sun and Mercury hold hands (conjunction!), which can bring clarity and insight. If something brilliant comes through—write it down! And if emotions rise, know it’s okay to cry, take a bath, or sip some soothing tea. Be gentle with yourself.

Another two-act day to wrap up the week:
The Moon stays in Cancer until 11:50 AM CT, when it goes Void of Course until 3:16 PM CT.
Then it shifts into Leo—and we may feel a burst of energy toward joy, fun, and a desire to connect.
✨ Leo Moon energy is playful and expressive. It’s a beautiful time for collaboration and celebration. Just remember: everyone wants a turn in the spotlight—so the trick is figuring out how to share it with heart and grace.
Until next week….
