Hello!

This past week leading up to the Virgo New Moon (the first of two!) was… sleepy. As in, I felt really sleepy. I’m sure those extra-long Void of Course windows played a role—among other things! How was it for you?

Last week I mentioned how curious it was that Virgo Season began on Friday right in the middle of a Void of Course Moon. As you know, I always recommend rest, meditation, and taking it easy during those times. With Virgo’s season beginning in one, it makes me wonder if that’s a gentle reminder for the next 30 days—especially with Eclipse season on the horizon—to slow down and give yourself space. Food for thought, eh?

Cancer New Moon is a sensitive one for sure! Feel free to grab the replay of the circle if feel called to.

Continuing from our email email: the Virgo New Moon happened EARLY this morning (or late Friday if you’re on the West Coast), and this energy is here for us all weekend long to work with.

This is the last New Moon before Eclipse Season, so if you want to charge your crystals or make moon water, tonight or Sunday into Monday is the time.

This New Moon in Virgo carries the feeling of a fresh start—almost like a second New Year. Virgo energy helps us look at the small but important details of daily life—our routines, health, and habits—and decide what’s truly working and what needs adjusting.

The energy may bring sudden insights, unexpected shifts, and even inspiration that feels “fated.” At the same time, it invites us to ground ourselves, simplify, and create rhythms that truly support us.

The “expect the unexpected” energy can continue through Sunday (and honestly could be felt for the rest of the moon cycle). It may even feel stronger on Sunday than Saturday. Remember to rest and come back to center as needed.

✨ August 25 and 26, 2025

Libra moon has us thinking about peace and harmony. With Venus moving into Leo it just gets amped up!

Three big things happen on Monday that set up the week in an interesting way:

Mercury is FINALLY out of his post-retrograde shadow. That means Mercury retrograde is officially done! 🥳 If you’ve been using the 3-Step Retrograde Activation Mini Workbook, now is the time to reflect on how far you’ve come—you really have!
At 9:08 am CT, the Moon moves into Libra, setting up the start of our work week with a desire for peace, harmony, and for everyone to just get along. Just remember not to sacrifice your boundaries in the process!

Venus moves into Leo. Venus rules our values, manifestation, relationships, and finances. Venus in Leo can have us craving luxury, style, and the finer things. You may find yourself paying more attention to your appearance, creativity, and love life while she’s in Leo through September 19. If partnered, you may want to showcase your feelings through memorable experiences. This is a fun (and sometimes dramatic) placement that we all have access to for the next 30 days or so. Inside Between the Moons, I’ll share what area of life this could highlight for you.

On Tuesday, August 26 at 9:06 pm CT, we enter a Void of Course period until the Moon changes signs on Wednesday. If you have a lot to do Wednesday, making a to-do list before bed may help. Paying attention to your dreams could also be helpful, as Void periods often open the door to insightful ones.

✨ August 27 and 28, 2025

Deep thoughts can bring forth healing conversations if you want them.

As I mentioned above, we have the entire day of Wednesday in a Void of Course window until 8:27 pm CT, when the Moon moves into Scorpio.

Where Libra Moons bring lightness and harmony in one-on-one interactions, a Scorpio Moon stirs the desire for deeper conversations and emotional honesty.

This Virgo Sun + Scorpio Moon combo is a deeply healing signature. If tensions arise—or if balancing acts with a partner or friend surface—you may feel called to process those feelings. These talks could lead to transformational patterns in the relationship, or even a shift in how you view finances.

Thursday may bring flashes of inspiration—write them down before they float away! The whole day carries that “expect the unexpected” energy, with synchronicities popping up. You might even ask the Universe or your Guides to give you a little scavenger hunt: “Show me _____ before I go to sleep.” Pick something unusual you wouldn’t see every day. It can be a fun game that adds a spark of joy to your day. Feel free to share with me what you’re shown!

As we close out the work week under the Scorpio Moon, we enter a 13-hour, 17-minute Void of Course period from 7:47 pm CT until 9:04 am CT Saturday morning. Just like Tuesday into Wednesday, paying attention to your dreams could offer healing insights and ideas.
